The Smart Button works directly in conjunction with our lone working app, which can easily be downloaded from the App and Play Stores. A simple press of the Smart Button is all it takes to override the keypad lock on your phone and raise an alarm.
In certain situations, you will need to discreetly signal for help without alerting an aggressor. The Smart Button allows you to do this through its Bluetooth connection with the app.
Once a panic alarm is raised, your GPS coordinates will be sent to the Peoplesafe Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) using the smartphone’s GPS capabilities, so our Controllers can send the emergency services directly to you.

Does the Peoplesafe Smart Button need to be charged?
No. The Smart Button uses a CR2032 watch battery rather than a rechargeable battery. The battery will usually last for around one year, and its remaining battery life can be viewed through the Peoplesafe app.
