Engineer Attacked
An engineer was verbally and physically assaulted by a customer during a home visit. The engineer activated an SOS alarm, prompting immediate police dispatch. The alarm controller followed protocol, contacting the engineer’s manager while awaiting police arrival. Police arrived within five minutes and the situation was resolved without injury.
Social Worker Abused
A social worker faced verbal abuse from a neighbour during a home visit. Feeling unsafe, they discreetly activated an alarm.
