Peoplesafe Renews Great Place to Work Certification for a Third Year
We’re proud to share that Peoplesafe has renewed its Great Place to Work™ certification, marking our third consecutive year achieving this recognition.
The certification reflects our ongoing commitment to building a workplace that reflects our core values, where people feel supported, valued and proud of the work they do every day.
Based on anonymous employee feedback and independent analysis, Great Place to Work™ certification recognises organisations that demonstrate excellence across five key areas: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
While achieving certification for a third year is a significant milestone, what matters most to us is the progress behind the results. This year’s feedback shows ongoing growth, driven by listening to employees and acting on what they tell us.
Employee Insights
Our great workplace culture is reflected in the scores given by our employees. Some highlights include that:
- 83% of employees say Peoplesafe is a great place to work, compared to 82% last year and 54% at a typical UK-based company
- 96% say they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company
- 92% say Peoplesafe is a friendly place to work
- 91% feel a sense of pride in working at Peoplesafe
Why This Matters
A strong workplace culture doesn’t just benefit our employees; it directly influences the service we deliver to our customers. When people feel supported, safe and engaged at work, they’re better equipped to deliver the service our customers depend on.
According to Great Place to Work® research, employees at certified organisations are 50% more likely to work in a psychologically and emotionally healthy environment and 48% more likely to go above and beyond in their roles. They are also 36% more likely to be offered training and professional development and 33% more likely to receive support for work-life balance.
For customers, Peoplesafe’s continued certification provides added confidence that they’re partnering with an organisation that values its people, enabling us to consistently deliver industry-leading solutions and trusted support.
Peoplesafe CEO, Naz Dossa, commented:
“That’s why we listen closely to employee feedback each year, using it to improve how we support our people and invest in the tools, environment and opportunities they need to continue delivering the industry-leading solutions our customers rely on.
“Culture has many definitions, but it’s clear to me that the team at Peoplesafe have created one that’s special, and my management team and I will ensure we not only maintain that, but improve continually.”
Debbie Martin, HR Manager at Peoplesafe, added:
“It’s really encouraging to see improvements year on year, and we’re committed to building on this to ensure Peoplesafe remains a place where people feel proud to work and able to thrive both professionally and personally.”
