Peoplesafe Renews Great Place to Work Certification

We’re proud to share that Peoplesafe has renewed its Great Place to Work™ certification. This achievement demonstrates our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace that reflects our core values and fosters employee engagement, innovation, teamwork and growth.

Great Place to Work™ certification is based on anonymous employee feedback and independent analysis, evaluating companies across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This recognition highlights that we’re not just meeting expectations but exceeding them, continuously listening to our employees and working to create an environment where they feel safe, supported and valued.

2024 Employee Insights

Our great workplace culture is reflected in the scores given by our employees. Some highlights include that:

• 82% of employees say Peoplesafe is a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK-based company.
• 96% feel that Peoplesafe is a physically safe place to work.
• 96% agree that people are treated fairly regardless of their race, sex, or sexual orientation.
• 94% say they felt welcomed when joining the company.

They are also 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
