Peoplesafe Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week

Posted: 15 Feb, 2026.

Peoplesafe is proud to celebrate the colleagues across the business who are developing their skills, gaining qualifications and building their future careers through apprenticeship programmes.

Apprenticeships have become an important part of Peoplesafe’s commitment to nurturing talent and supporting continuous professional development. They offer employees the opportunity to learn on the job, gain practical experience, and work towards a recognised qualification all while contributing to the success of the organisation.

Today, nine Peoplesafe employees are either actively completing an apprenticeship or have successfully achieved their qualification while working within the business. Their dedication reflects the ambition and drive within the wider team, as well as the company’s ongoing investment in its people.

Naz Dossa, CEO, said:

“Apprenticeships bring enormous value to both individuals and the organisation. They give people the chance to stretch themselves, learn new skills and grow in confidence — and as a business, we benefit from the fresh thinking and capability that comes from supporting people’s development. I’m incredibly proud of the colleagues who have taken that opportunity and are investing in their future.”

Debbie Martin, Head of HR, added:

“Training and development consistently come up as a top priority in our staff surveys, and National Apprenticeship Week is a great reminder of the impact structured learning can have. At Peoplesafe, we’re committed to giving colleagues opportunities to build their skills, gain qualifications and shape their careers in a way that works for them. I’m incredibly proud of the nine team members who are currently completing – or have recently completed- their apprenticeships with us.”
Their progress shows what’s possible when businesses invest in people and people invest in themselves.

Peoplesafe continues to champion apprenticeships and other structured development pathways as part of a broader commitment to learning and progression. From technical roles to operational and commercial functions, apprenticeship routes help build capability across the organisation while supporting long-term career growth for employees.
