Hotel Concierge Abused
A hotel concierge was attacked by a drunk guest while trying to break up a fight. The concierge discreetly activated an SOS alarm using a duress word. The alarm controller immediately contacted police and the hotel reception to gather details. The controller stayed on the phone until police arrived and the situation was resolved.
Injured Working Alone
A charity worker fell and injured herself while working alone. She activated her Peoplesafe alarm and the controller assessed her condition. An ambulance was dispatched and the worker’s manager was contacted. The controller provided ongoing support until the ambulance arrived.
