How do I raise an SOS alarm?
Press and hold the SOS button for 4 seconds. Alternatively, with discreet alarm functions enabled you can shake the handset, or (Android handsets only) you can press the lock button a preset number of times.
Is my location always being shared?
No – we only use your location data when you raise an alarm or share location. This data is only available to our accredited control centre or chosen contact. We will never share data with 3rd party companies.
