Peoplesafe’s (subsidiary of Send For Help Limited) objective is to be recognised as the leading provider of employee safety services by offering high quality end-to-end and tailored incident management services for risk lone workers and all employees, in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

It is our policy and commitment to continually improve our expertise, our responsiveness and the reliability of our services, to satisfy or exceed our customers’ needs and expectations.

Peoplesafe is committed to maintaining an effective Quality Management System to ensure our products and services are delivered through efficient business processes in a way that reduces risk to our customers and employees.

The effective deployment of this policy ensures the highest possible level of service to our customers at all times and commits us to:

Every employee is charged with the responsibility to meet the requirements of our customers and continually improve the service we provide in keeping with our quality policy, principles and objectives as well as the management system.

In order to achieve this, every employee will have a thorough understanding of how to do their job and be able to do it right first time. We will train all staff as an integral part of keeping those principles and achieving our objectives.

This policy is made available to all employees via the company internal QMS and PHR system or hard copies issued. A copy will be made available upon request of interested parties.

If a customer files a complaint, we are committed to thoroughly investigating the complaint and will do our best to put right all justified complaints.

Within this policy we are committed to operating under the disciplines and controls of our Quality Management System that will be maintained to remain compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 14001: 2015. These will also include current versions of BS 8484:2022, BS EN 50518:2019 (Category I), BS9518: 2021 and BS 7858:2019.

Objectives and targets are set through the framework of the management review process.

This policy is subject to a once yearly review and more frequently if changes to legislation or business requirements necessitate it.
