In Nexus open ‘Phones & Devices’ on the menu then select the ‘Devices’ page.
Under Allocation select ‘Unallocated’ and a drop-down box will appear, choose a team on the list. Select the add + button. More information is available: https://nexussupport.peoplesafe.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/29705089311121-How-to-allocate-devices-to-teams
There are four main checks you can perform:
1. Is the device charging?
2. Is the device connecting to our servers?
3. Can an SOS alarm be raised?
4. Are the network indicator lights working?

Portal Access can be enabled or disabled when adding or editing a person’s profile on Nexus.
With Portal Access enabled you must also provide an email address to save the profile.
Saving the profile with Portal Access enabled will send an automatic email asking them to login to their Nexus Account.
