Delivery Driver Attacked
A delivery driver was verbally abused and threatened with a garden fork by a customer. The driver had already called police but activated their Peoplesafe app. The controller assessed the situation, contacted the driver’s manager, and stayed on the line with the driver monitoring the situation until police arrived.
Meter Reader Assaulted
A meter reader was assaulted and locked in a cupboard by a customer. They activated their Peoplesafe app, and the controller contacted police, providing precise location details. The controller also informed the meter reader’s emergency contacts. Police arrived and rescued the meter reader.
Estate Agent Locked In
An estate agent was working in a showroom home when they became stuck inside the bathroom.
