Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is fully  accredited to the highest lone worker standards of BS 8484:2016 and  BS5979 Category II. Operated 24/7 by highly-trained and experienced Controllers.

We have adhered to the thorough vetting process, in order to be certified to the latest BS 8484:2016 accreditation. Our ARC was in fact the first in the UK to receive this prestigious accreditation back in 2009

As a specialist in lone worker protection, we only deal with lone worker alarms in our ARC, unlike other monitoring centres that also covers CCTV, vehicle tracking or intruder alarms. It’s important to us to provide the best and fast response to your lone workers when they need it the most.

When a Red Alert is triggered, every second counts. That’s why we use the latest alarm handling technology to ensure that Controllers in the ARC can listen to, assess, record and process each alarm as soon as possible.

BS 8484:2016 certification enables the highest level of police response. Controllers can issue a Unique Reference Number (URN) at the push of a button, requesting a direct response from any regional Police control room.

This enables us to bypass the 999 service and guarantees the fastest possible response to a lone worker incident.
