BS 5979 Alarm Receiving Centre
Our Alarm Receiving Centre is fully accredited to the highest lone worker standards (both BS 5979 (Category II) and BS 8484:2016) and operated 24/7 by highly-trained, experienced staff.
When a Red Alert is triggered, every second counts. That’s why we use the latest alarm handling technology to ensure that operators can listen to, assess, record and process each alarm asap.
BS 8484:2016 certification enables the highest level of police response. Operators can issue a Unique Reference Number (URN) at the push of a button, requesting a direct response from any regional Police control room.
This enables us to bypass the 999 service and guarantees the fastest possible response to a lone worker incident.
Our lone worker monitoring software, The Customer Service Centre, is the connection between you, your lone workers and the Alarm Receiving Centre. This enables you and your managers to view any lone worker activity in real-time.
Safe & Secure Data
Our Alarm Receiving Centre provides the highest standards in monitoring services. In addition to BS 8484:2016 and BS 5979 (Category II), it holds a number of other accreditations such as ISO 9001 and NPCC’s ‘Secured by Design’. As a result, your data is secure in a building that’s protected against smoke, fire, flood and vandalism – among many other things. We also have a robust disaster recovery plan in place, to ensure maximum up-time in the event of an emergency.
“A self-managed Alarm Receiving Centre can be inexpensive to run and quick to implement. But, it can have serious implications on the safety of your lone workers.”
